Our online programs are self-paced and all coursework is available at the start of your program so there is no set schedule of days or times you must log in, but there are benchmarks to keep you on track. The Student LMS monitors progress throughout the program to provide insight if you are on schedule with standard program completion.

While we cannot guarantee placements, all students receive free access to resume builders, cover letter templates and job search resources. - Official Transcript: Signed/stamped copy of your transcript sent by HealthCareer Certs directly to an institution, employer, or student. An Official Transcript can be provided to the student via mail or scanned/emailed to the student or his/her designee at no charge. Official Transcripts can be sent to an institution or person other than the student ONLY if the student has formally requested/approved the release of the transcript by signing and submitting the Authorization to Release Student Education Record Information Form (located in the Student Resources section of healthcareercerts.org). Once HealthCareer Certs receives this form, we will release the Official Transcript to the student’s designee.
- Unofficial Transcript/Course Record: Copy of a transcript that is printed by the student from their Learning Portal, is not signed/stamped, and is also sent directly to the student upon program completion. An Unofficial Transcript/Course Record will accompany the Certificate of Completion that is mailed to the graduate upon the successful conclusion of his/her program.
Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
• The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
• A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $100.
Also a full refund will be honored if the student can not find a job given meeting the following conditions:
- Six months after the students successfully completes the program
- Student can demonstrate that he/she has been actively looking for a job during the six month period within 150 mile radius.
- Student must be in regular communication with our school with updated resume.
- This policy only applies to students who joined the program after July 7, 2024 when this policy was adopted.

These are the basic prerequisites to join our healthcare certification programs and begin your career in the healthcare field.
- A full refund will be honored if a student cannot find a job after satisfying the following conditions:
- Six months after the student successfully passes the national exam and completes the externship program.
- The student must demonstrate active job searching during the six-month period.
- The student must maintain regular communication with the externship department, keeping an updated resume and sharing the job search efforts with the department.
- The student must not decline any qualified job offers received during the six month period.
- This policy applies only to students who joined the program after July 7, 2024, when this policy was adopted.
Refunds for online courses are only granted under the following conditions:
- The student did not access any portion of the online course.
- The student requests a refund in writing via email within three business days from the date of registration.
- A full refund will be issued minus an administrative fee of $100.
