How long are HealthCareer Certs programs, and how do you take attendance?
- Most HealthCareer Certs programs take 8-12 weeks to complete, based on a schedule dedicating 16 to 20 hours a week to coursework. Our online programs are self-paced and all coursework is available at the start of your program so there is no set schedule of days or times you must log in, but there are benchmarks to keep you on track. The Student LMS monitors progress throughout the program to provide insight if you are on schedule with standard program completion.

- HealthCareer Certs Career Services team is dedicated to building partnerships with healthcare organizations and providing resources to assist students in finding local career opportunities. While we cannot guarantee placements, all students receive free access to resume builders, cover letter templates and job search resources. How can I get a copy of my transcripts?
- To request a transcript, email studentsupport@HealthCareerCerts.org
- We offer two transcript options depending on the reason for the request:
- Official Transcript: Signed/stamped copy of your transcript sent by HealthCareer Certs directly to an institution, employer, or student. An Official Transcript can be provided to the student via mail or scanned/emailed to the student or his/her designee at no charge. Official Transcripts can be sent to an institution or person other than the student ONLY if the student has formally requested/approved the release of the transcript by signing and submitting the Authorization to Release Student Education Record Information Form (located in the Student Resources section of healthcareercerts.org). Once HealthCareer Certs receives this form, we will release the Official Transcript to the student’s designee.
- Unofficial Transcript/Course Record: Copy of a transcript that is printed by the student from their Learning Portal, is not signed/stamped, and is also sent directly to the student upon program completion. An Unofficial Transcript/Course Record will accompany the Certificate of Completion that is mailed to the graduate upon the successful conclusion of his/her program.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
- • The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
- • A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $100.
